Kailey Trimble

Kailey holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and criminology from Metropolitan State University. She is currently training to become a Certified Addiction Technician. She spent years working in the criminal justice field primarily with clients struggling with substance use and with juveniles. She is a mother of two and is passionate about supporting fellow parents, navigating the unique stressors of parenting as well as the mental load it can carry. Her hope is to provide a space where clients feel comfortable remaining transparent and can evolve personal growth using Cognitive Behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. She is interested in providing a space for structured progress and the empowerment that comes with accountability (not guilt!). She appreciates a collaborative approach with clients using motivation interviewing, goal plans and reflections.
