Tasha Eichenseher

Counselor, MA, LPCC

Tasha works from a trauma-informed lens to help clients move through anxiety, depression, grief, pain, discomfort, distraction, major life transitions, and patterns that no longer serve them. The foundation of her client-centered approach is compassion, empathy, and the belief that we all want to feel connected. Her strengths-based and goal-oriented therapy sessions emphasize and acknowledge the inner wisdom in all of us! When you work with Tasha, you’ll learn practical, accessible tools and strategies for feeling more grounded and confident, as well as ways to find calm and communicate clearly.

She’s trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, somatic modalities that help you listen to your gut, nature-based therapy, and parts work. EMDR is an evidence-based modality for processing trauma, while mindfulness and somatic therapy can help you feel resourced, stay present, regulate emotions, and feel more empowered in the moment. Parts works helps build compassion for and acceptance of who we are, while nature-based therapy is a great way to work through transition, process grief, and find energy and joy.

She’d love to talk and hear about where you are and where you want to go!
