Since opening in 2018, our esteemed staff has proudly assisted clients in Summit and Grand Counties. Our commitment to trusting and authentic collaboration can be transformative.  For counseling to be most effective, it is important that you take an active role in the process.  We commend you for taking the initial, and most difficult step by seeking support.

Our clinical staff is here to provide you with the highest level of trauma-informed support and care.  Over the course of life, your emotional, psychological, and social well-being can be greatly impacted when your genetic predisposition and experience intersect.  Our mission is to reinforce your journey toward your personal goals and positivity. 

With tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Talk Therapy, or EMDR, your goals can be within reach. 

Substance Abuse/Addiction

 Substance use and the disease of addiction require client-centered attention and treatment.  The precision of addressing the individual needs. without judgment, allows for a thorough review of the underlying causes as well as the symptoms that have presented in your life.  

A thorough review of the basis of maladaptive behaviors will allow for the integration of new coping skills, identifying risky behaviors, and development of a plan to avoid ambivalence and reduce recidivism.  

Personal motivation and healthy coping skills are possible with the proper motivation and encouragement.  Our staff would like to show you the possibilities. 

First Responders & Their Family

The circumstances that first responders face expose them to extreme levels of stress and repeated trauma.  Our team offers specialized training and experience to help integrate skills and tools that encourage healing and making informed decisions about your well-being. 


Our treatment for first responders integrates the latest research and evidence-based practices providing an optimal level of clinical intervention to help you get healthy and stay healthy.
