Court-Ordered Services

It’s a cliché, but it’s grounded in truth: There is so much more that unites us as humans than that which divides us. We all have a deep-rooted need for communal support. We all feel physically better when our minds are in good shape, and we all could benefit from a less cluttered routine. I’m thrilled that we get to explore these topics together. I’m here not to teach you, but to learn with you, as we navigate life’s seasons. This is a safe space.

This is an 18-week program that is conducted both in English and Spanish.

Motherhood Matters

The Motherhood Matters group is a clinically guided group aimed to provide tools and skills to improve feelings of being "worthy" enough for motherhood.  Successful parenting requires knowledge of stress reduction techniques, supportive social systems, and most importantly, prioritized self-care. This group is designed to give mothers a place of support while changing how they think, act, and feel about parenting.  Using person-centered treatment, mother's will learn how to implement positive parenting behaviors. This is an 18-week program.

GEARS - Enhanced Outpatient Therapy (EOP)

GEARS is group treatment developed for a higher acuity client based on their assessments, self-report, and behaviors that elevate their risk for  recidivism, relapse, or both. This level of treatment is also, by design, for the client that has demonstrated a greater need of support and containment than the Level I or Level II treatment. EOP will likely include DBT, Relapse Prevention, CBT, Seeking Safety, and more.
